Account Deletion Policy

This page explains how users can request deletion of their iDryve account and personal data, in accordance with Google Play requirements and the iDryve Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — In-App Deletion

Open the iDryve app on your device

Navigate to your Profile

Select Delete Account

Confirm the deletion request

Option 2 — Email Request

Email: support@idryve.co.za

Subject: iDryve Account Deletion Request

Include:

  • ✓ Full name
  • ✓ Registered email or phone number
  • ✓ Business name (if applicable)

Requests are verified for security. Processing takes 7–30 business days.

What Happens to Your Data

Data Deleted
  • ✓ User profile and account data
  • ✓ Business and operational records
  • ✓ Usage and system data
  • ✓ Uploaded documents
  • ✓ Login credentials
Data Retained

Retained for legal, compliance, or audit purposes:

  • ✓ Financial records
  • ✓ Security logs

Max 5 years unless legally required.

Important Notes

  • ⚠ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
  • ⚠ Deleted data cannot be recovered under any circumstances
  • ⚠ Access to all iDryve services ends immediately upon completion
