BizTrek Account Deletion Policy
Developer: iDryve (Pty) Ltd
Purpose
This page explains how users can request deletion of their BizTrek account and personal data, in accordance with Google Play requirements and the BizTrek Privacy Policy.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: In App Deletion
- Open the BizTrek app
- Go to Profile
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
Option 2: Email Request
Email: support@idryve.co.za
- Subject: BizTrek Account Deletion Request
- Include:
- Full name
- Registered email or phone number
- Business name if applicable
Requests are verified for security purposes.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 7 to 30 business days after verification.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- User profile and account data
- Business and operational records
- Usage and system data
- Uploaded documents
- Login credentials
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, compliance, or audit purposes, including:
- Financial records
- Security logs
Retention will not exceed 5 years unless legally required.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent
- Deleted data cannot be recovered
- Access to BizTrek services ends once deletion is complete
